Bach Flower Remedies
- Take 2 drops of each individual essence 4 times a day. You can put the drops in a glass of water or you can take them
directly on or under your tongue. The essences can also be placed on your pulse points. If you are taking multiple
essences you can put the drops into a 30ml mixing bottle of spring water and from this take 4 drops 4 times a day. A
mixing bottle will last approximately three weeks.
Rescue Remedy
- Dosage is 4 drops in a small glass of water. Can also be taken directly on or under the tongue.
Pets and the Bach Flower
Remedies: Dosage is the same as humans unless you have a bird or a sensitive animal. Essences
can be placed in a water dish however it is important to make sure that your pet continues to drink from that dish since some
pets notice the taste difference. You can also put the drops in wet food or on an animal treat. If you are able
to pet your animal you could put the drops on their pulse points which are behind the ears and rub them in or on the
pads of their paws. Some consumers also put the drops on their finger and then rub the animals gums. Please
do not put the dropper directly into your pets mouth since it is glass. If your pet is highly sensitive you may
want to put the drops on their pulse points only.
How Long should I take the Essences
for?
The time taken for the essences to have a noticeable effect
varies according to individuals and circumstances. If there is no improvement after taking the essences for two weeks,
reconsider the choice of essences; there may be an aspect that you have missed.

turn pack upside down and break seal by pressing base hard with thumb. Press base twice to release 2 pillules into cap,
unscrew cap and without touching pillules tip them into mouth. Chew or let dissolve in mouth 2 pillules every 2 hours
for the first 6 doses, then 2 pillules a maximum of 4 times daily until symptoms improve. Take between meals.

remedies: Combination remedies should generally be used for acute conditions only for a few days at
a time. On first use, turn pack upside down and break seal by pressing base hard with thumb. Press base twice
to release 2 pillules into cap, unscrew cap and without touching pillules tip them into mouth. Chew or let dissolve
in mouth. Always follow the instructions on the pack. Take between meals.
Note:
Neither combination or single remedies should be used for more than five days if no improvement is obtained. In both
cases, reduce the frequency of dosage if there is an improvement. If new symptoms develop, it may be a different remedy
is needed or if necessary you should advise your customer to take advice from a doctor or qualified homeopathic practitioner.
Nelsons Creams:
Always follow the instructions on the pack. Gently rub the cream into the affected areas. Re-apply as necessary.
Apply until the symptom or problem subsides.
